Jessica is a highly accomplished Rehabilitation Specialist with over 25 years of professional experience. Fluent in both English and French, she is renowned for her practical and focused approach, excelling in assessments and providing comprehensive support services, including vocational rehabilitation and disability management services.

Spanning a diverse spectrum of challenges, Jessica’s proficiency extends to aiding individuals grappling with Musculoskeletal, orthopedic, catastrophic injuries, chronic pain, mental health issues, brain injuries, and a gamut of disabling conditions. Through every chapter of her career, her gratification lies in navigating individuals with injuries, disabilities, and roadblocks toward triumphant achievements.

At the helm of Full Scope Rehabilitation Services Inc. as its Director and founder, Jessica’s vocation spans over two decades of service delivery experience. Fueled by an unwavering passion to catalyze change, she channels her dedication into empowering individuals through a pragmatic, client-centered rehabilitation philosophy.

Jessica’s eminence is underscored by an array of esteemed credentials, including her status as a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) since 1999, a Registered Vocational Professional (RVP), a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), and a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP). Augmenting her prowess is her possession of a Social Work Associate in Applied Science (AASSW), further complemented by her active engagement with the business community, notably as an Ambassador with the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce since 2009.
